Flowers die in a week. This one starts growing on their birthday. Our  Birth Flower Tin is a little retro-style grow kit with everything needed to grow marigold, October's birth flower, from seed.

The label carries their name and your chosen message and enclosed is everything needed to grow their flower. Pop it on a sunny windowsill, add water, and watch it grow. Did you know, marigold represent passion, creativity and positivity.

Every tin is printed and packed by hand by our team in Berkshire. Order before 2pm and it goes out for next-day delivery.*

It's personal twice over: once with their name, and again with a flower that belongs to their birthday month. People who "have everything" rarely have this.

It suits a mum, gran, sister, best friend or teacher, and anyone with a windowsill can grow it. As a gift under £15 and small enough for a gift bag, it also works alongside a bigger present.

A personalised gift tin, about 10cm tall × 7cm, with a ring-pull lid. Inside:

• 1 packet of marigold seeds
• 3 peat-free grow pots
• 3 soil pellets
• 3 eco plant markers

Yes. If something's wrong with your tin – a printing mistake on our side, or it arrives damaged – contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. Because each tin is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.

Due to varying storage and growth conditions, neither Alphabet Gifts nor any other retailer of this gift can be held responsible for any issues with seed performance or the provided soil discs and pots. Occasionally, due to the nature and availability of seeds, substitutions with alternative varieties may be necessary. Images shown are for illustration purposes only.
